When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email, city, ZIP code, service interest, project description, and permission to contact you. We also record the page and campaign information associated with the request, submission time, and a daily hashed network identifier to limit spam.

How we use it

We use your details to evaluate service availability, respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and keep a record of your request. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or purchase.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in our website’s database. Website and hosting providers process information needed to operate the service. We do not display your inquiry publicly. We retain inquiry information as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete your inquiry by emailing support@detroitgutter.com or calling (844) 966-2062. Do not include payment information or sensitive personal details in your project description.

Links to other websites

Map links and other external links use their providers’ privacy practices. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message until you choose to send it.
